Mothering Sunday @ Rock Salt
We will be open from 9am on Sunday 11th March and do advise that booking is essential. When booking lunch, a deposit of £10 per person will be required to confirm it.
Breakfast will only be served 9 until 11am. A set lunch menu will be served from 11.30am. The menu is as follows:
roasted tomato soup, crème fraiche, basil
“vulscombe” goats cheese mousse, orange, beetroot, poppy seed lavosh
duck liver parfait ,hazelnuts, beer braised onion, toasted brioche
*home cured and smoked salmon, horseradish, dill cucumber, croute**
roasted “moorland” sirloin of beef, confit rib, yorkshire pudding, thyme jus
roasted rare breed pork loin & slow braised shoulder,
pan roasted stone bass, mussels, brown shrimp, wild garlic chowder
pumpkin risotto, nut butter, sage, walnut, crisp egg
all served with cauliflower cheese, fondant carrots, broccoli hollandaise and either goose fat potatoes or new potatoes**
rhubarb and apple crumble, white chocolate and elderflower custard, clotted cream
*dark chocolate and peanut butter fondant, salt caramel ice cream

We are offering a series of Pan Asian nights- 5 courses for £34.95 pp featuring cuisines from Malaysia, Thailand, Japan and India.
The next one will be the evening of Thursday 1st March 2018.
During the month of February we will be offering a special lunch menu in support of Jeremiah’s Journey who work with grieving children and families in Plymouth.
